Great Shrimp with a remoulade sauce!

Time for me to do some more postings about my favorite topic FOOD!

Before we went out on charter, our friends Cam and Rhonda, took us out for a NICE dinner…I have only been to this restaurant, Bella Blu, a couple times before in Frenchtown, but I usually quite enjoy it. One thing about this restaurant, it is VERY SMALL!

We had another great dinner, although the service was not quite as food as other times with some order mix ups..

Mozza, basil, tomatoes..

I have been craving Wiener Schnitzel (probably cuz we have been talking about it is the only thing my father will eat on our upcoming trip to Germany!). It was very good, although I have to remember that Jager Schnitzel is not breaded and I prefer breaded (of course I do, have you seen me?)

It was good to catch up with Mr Helly Hansen and his wife, before they departed their current charter yacht, Quest, to take up a new position on a brand new Lagoon this fall called Copper Penny..
