Oh to be a bareboater..

…not “barebacker” as some of my guests call them inadvertedly…

Always interesting to watch the stream of boats leaving Moorings on the weekend..Apparently loud music is a requirement I have found.

This boat had a new twist on it, they had a bagpiper on the front deck playing the pipes.

Away we go...playing bagpipes

Do you bring that down as carry on? or checked?

Playing the bagpipes..notice the tropical cloth around it!

Wouldn’t it be more appropriate with a kilt though?

Next boat out of the gate is the green team..

Not unusual for us to see the boats towing their dinghies there..I assume they figure out they should move it when they get out in the waves and the engine pounds up and down on the hull..

Wondering where in the heck that dinghy is

Hey, at least they are wondering where it is :)

On the EEK side of things, I spied my husband drilling holes in the boat. He tells me that the engine room needs more ventilation so apparently we are getting a lot more air. I hope he is not a bareboater and knows what he is doing!

Bazza drilling holes in the boat!

And just because, some old pottery pieces I found lately, that are so pretty..
